Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information I collect when you use this website, what I do with it, and the choices you have. In it, "I", "me" and "my" mean Zoe Grace. If anything here is unclear, email me at zoe@leveeup.com.au.

What I collect

• Newsletter sign-ups. When you join the newsletter, your email address goes to Substack, which runs my newsletter. Substack may also collect other details when you confirm or manage your subscription.
• Messages you send me. The contact, speaking, recommendation and book waitlist forms open your own email app with a message addressed to me. Nothing is sent until you press send. If you do, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• Basic site analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits (like which pages are viewed and roughly what country and device) without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
• Technical data. Like every website, the servers that deliver it (Cloudflare) process your IP address and browser details to send you the page and keep it secure.

I don't run advertising trackers on this site, and I don't sell your information.

How I use it

• To send you the newsletter you asked for.
• To reply to your messages and deal with enquiries, such as speaking, collaborations or events.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful so I can improve it, and to keep it secure.

Who else handles your information

I use these services, which handle information under their own privacy policies:

• Substack (newsletter)
• Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics)
• Google Fonts (the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google)
• Social platforms and other sites I link to (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and my community platform, Circle). Once you click through, their policies apply.

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, other countries, including the United States, so your information may be handled outside Australia.

How long I keep it

I keep your newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and emails you send me for as long as I need them to deal with your request or for my records. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Cookies

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services you use after leaving the site (like Substack, YouTube or social platforms) may use their own cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing zoe@leveeup.com.au. I'll respond as soon as I reasonably can. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first so I can try to fix it. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Children

This site and the newsletter are for adults and aren't directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If I change how the site handles your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
